Frano is responsible for the daily operations of City Projects and brings more than 30 years of hands-on building experience to the role. His deep and extensive knowledge of construction ensures the entire construction process runs smoothly, on schedule, and within the forecasted budget.

He builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships, consistently achieving outstanding outcomes and providing clients with confidence in City Projects’ ability to reliably meet and exceed their expectations.

Alex leads the strategic direction and operations of the Group, overseeing the company’s pipeline, financial management, systems, and processes to ensure the business operates at the highest standard. A Qualified Building Practitioner and licensed builder, he brings 14 years of experience across diverse construction sectors.

Alex is committed to delivering exceptional project outcomes while fostering strong, long-term client relationships. His focus on innovation and operational excellence ensures every project is managed efficiently and to the highest quality, reflecting City Projects’ reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Allan brings over 30 years of building experience, giving him the depth of knowledge required to successfully deliver a diverse range of complex projects across residential and commercial sectors. Allan’s problem-solving skills and dedication to quality management, has helped City Projects build a strong base of repeat clients who trust the company’s expertise. Allan also leads the remedial team, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standard wile maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction.

Kevin joined City Projects in 2005 and has been instrumental in managing large-scale projects across NSW and Victoria. With 30 years of construction experience, he brings extensive expertise in innovative processes, construction methodology, and project delivery. Kevin’s hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge ensure every project is delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Ben joined City Projects in 2014, working alongside Frano and Kevin at the company’s Melbourne launch. Over the past decade, he has grown into the role of State Manager, overseeing all projects across Victoria.

Actively involved in the delivery of each project, Ben plays a key role in shaping the business through his innovative approach to building methods and strategies. He is a licensed Building Practitioner under the Victorian Building Authority, bringing both expertise and vision to every project.
