Meet our management team

Allan Bacic

Director

Allan has over 28 years of building experience which has allowed him to gain the depth of knowledge required to successfully deliver a variety of complex and diverse projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Allan’s relentless pursuit of providing clients with an outcome that exceeds expectations has allowed City projects to have a portfolio of key clients and projects from major organizations across NSW and VIC and deliver a high level of repeat business. Allan is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company.

Frano Bacic

Director

Frano is responsible for the daily operations of City Projects and brings to the role more than 28 years of building experience. His deep and extensive knowledge of construction ensures the entire construction process runs to program and forecasted budget.

Frano’s dedication of delivering quality projects on time and on budget has provided clients with the confidence City Projects can meet client expectations which has resulted in a high level of repeat business.

Alex Macinger

Operations Manager

Alex has over 10 years of building experience in the tier one sector. Alex was appointed General Manager in 2019 and has been in integral part of the company since his transition. 

Alex is responsible for the leadership and operations of the company
and is directly involved in all aspects of the organisation, focusing on
pre-construction, procurement processes, new business initiatives,
process improvement, project delivery, and client relations. 

Kevin Zaknic

Construction Manager

Kevin joined City Projects in 2005 and has successfully managed large projects across NSW & VIC. In addition to Kevin’s 28 years’ experience in the construction industry, he also brings a wealth of knowledge associated with innovative processes and understanding of construction methodology and delivery to the business. 

Kevin is responsible for the delivery of projects across NSW & VIC.
