The Portland House Group is a private equity fund located in Melbourne, Victoria. The group approached City Projects in a vision to amalgamate all divisions of the business into a single workspace. Along with Head Architect Hall Studio, City Projects delivered the groups head office in June 2025. The project design combines natural warmth and urban edge with the use of timber veneer wall panels, timber batten ceiling and microcement floor, which grounds the space in a cohesive design that feels both inviting and modern.
