Riverside Quay was one of City Projects most prominent projects with Mirvac in Melbourne, the commercial tower situated along Southbank’s promenade spanning 20 storeys with over 31,000 SQM of office & commercial footprint. 

The scope of works included base building Fitout including all partitions, ceilings, doors to main and typical lobbies, back of house, and end of trip facilities, along with the PWC Fitout which entailed all the partitions, ceilings, doors, glazed partitions, specialist carpentry works and metal works.
