City Projects were engaged on a Construction Management agreement to deliver the Waverly Bowling Club on Behalf of Mirvac. The Project was integrated as part of a multi-level apartment building. The Fitout included new commercial kitchen, bar, pokey lounge, eatery, internal and external dining and amenities.
