City Projects completed a turn key delivery on the wellness centre previously heritage stated preservation which formed part of the Waverly Langlee Re-development by Mirvac. The building work associated with the wellness centre consisted of Remediation, Remedial Façade Rectification, Structural Steel Portal within existing footprint, New Roof and Exterior Finishes, Internal Structure and Integrated Fitout of the Wellness Centre including the delivery of a 25m pool, Gym and EOT Facilities.
